Actions During Match

During a cricket match there are in the same time two battersMatch Action of a team who attack on the field: one on each side of the pitch, in front of the wicket. The opponent bowler performs his gesture at the level of one wicket towards the batter who is positioned at the level of the other wicket. The wicket-keeper of the team which defends is positioned behind the wicket targeted by the bowler. The nine other players are positioned in the field in order to try to get the ball.

Each inning is played in over series, which consist in six ball bowling by the same bowler from one of the ends of the pitch. In the past, when each country used to decide its length, an over could be associated with 4 to 8 balls, according to the country. The bowling must be performed by stretching your arms.
